New Wear OS watch app update was just pushed on 4/25. My version shows as v2.11.0.193584459 now. Not sure what's in it though. I'm interested to see if there are any battery life improvements.

Is your watch running android 8.0? Wear OS version is most likely different for Oreo. Mine's still on android OS v7.1. Patiently waiting for Tag to get around to pushing out the Oreo update for the CM41.... I'm gonna need the disable touchscreen feature pretty soon b/c sailing season begins in less than a month and my watch is about to get a whole lot wetter on the weekends...

And here it is on Android v7.1.1. It's interesting that Wear OS and home app are seperate on your versions of Android. I'm also noticing that you have more of an all black theme for the Oreo version as well:

I just got the Oreo (android v8.0) update for my 41 and the home app (Wear OS) version is a bit newer: 2.11.0.193645088.u. It'll be interesting to see if this update has any effect on battery life. I should know in a day.

edit:
some observations on the update:
  • the charging watchface is back! on android v7.1.1 it never worked if I was running a watchmaker face
  • ambient mode brightness is always 1. On v7.1.1, ambient brightness started at 2 then dimmed to 1 after a while.
  • battery life is a bit better. I got about an hour more before low power mode kicked in today. This may be due to the ambient mode brightness change.

New Wear OS update just hit my watch today. Current version is now 2.12.0.197555195, I wonder what's in it?
