This might probably be the “Last” of the (TAG) Heuer Re-editions that we might see..
You are probably right but yes this is the end of an era. From now on it will be a long period of wannabe glassboxes with weird features. But the good thing is, for every weird wannabe glassbox I see, the greater the proper glassboxes get 👍

Not sure if anyone has posted this video yet?
Well that didn't age well 😁

I had a feeling I recognised that line. Have only just watched the video, though. I don't have much time for YouTube these days!

You'll have to remove me from the ownership list now 🙁
I think between the 160 and this I can live with just the 160 but we'll see. I definitely miss the Skipper for instance

Well, I wholeheartedly agree with @imagwai the strap from the telemeter is the way to go. I have tried many different iterations of strap and have landed on the FC6353 with the factory 3mm clasp. Perfection!

Thanks for the tip, I guess I missed @imagwai’s comment. May have to consider that one.

Looks great. This is actually slightly better than my combo since I am using the strap with the dark blue stitch that came with the Cal 6 Chronometer and the Hodinkee Skipper. It's quite hard to tell the difference in practice, however.

I was actually trying to sell this combo on WUS and had no takers... and now I'm grateful as this is back on my 60th. It's a perfect combo, and I prefer the slightly thicker strap and the ease of the clasp.

The indefinite amount of adjustment of the clasp makes the wearing experience significantly better than a pin buckle for me. I am always needing a hole in the strap between the holes provided. Ones too loose one too tight. The deployant takes care of that. It’s a feature that should get more attention from reviewers when talking about the watches

Also the TH deployant is the best out there in terms of price and adjustability.

The wearability of the deployant clasp is a winner for sure. I can see why many love this combo. 👍

However for looks alone, the 60th's OEM strap is tops for my taste. I prefer it's greater taper from 19mm to 16mm and the look of the leather's grain. The pin buckle, while not as user friendly, completes the vintage style of the watch.

Having said that, I haven't had it on any strap since receiving the bracelet proto from Uncle Straps. Fingers crossed it goes on sale sometime this month.

Also patiently waiting for this bracelet to be released. I already told my mother that's what I want for Christmas (I'm 52! Haha)
