Switzerland have replied and told me it was a deliberate design decision, do you know of any faces that look like this ?

Sorry, now I think I got what you meant. You meant whether I know any similar watch faces for downloading. Not specifically, but this forum has the special section of people sharing their downloadable watch faces.

Tag in Sydney have finally responded to this issue , after a month of ownership of my new 42mm, they have offered to exchange it for a 45mm, which is very good of them, my only dilemma now is whether the 45mm is too big for my 6.75” (17cm) wrist especially when using in the gym

They agreed to change the watch to the larger size, because you expressed displeasure with a watch face? Wow... That's amazing service!
Well, I'd definitely choose size over one single watchface, but maybe 45 suits you also fine. Test it and you'll see. Good luck!

I'd been watching the Connected range for some time to use as a daily driver to replace Samsung Galaxy, and finally I dived in on the 45mm black and gold edition, thoughts and comments:
- It's very good looking (not the fisher price appearance of an apple watch as an extreme example)
- Very good battery life, 50%+ left by end of day
- Fast charging, although a proprietary puck can be inconvenient. Wireless charging next time?
- AOD is too bright at night, can I adjust this?
- Same theme: It gets confused with orientation, i.e. 90deg display viewing on charger. I've woken to see it 90deg CCW and I can't compute numbers sideways at 3am.
- What does this do? Settings -> Display -> Go to watch face [select time]
- Google wallet works well, not for everyone but I've been a fan of contactless payment on mobiles for many years.
- It's 6x the price of 'the best smart watch' but I'm ok with that.. style; reputation; titanium case; sapphire crystal; high end strap; and..very good looking
YMMV

Is there an email app for the E4 or future plans for one to be released?
I'd wager that yes. Google is preparing a Gmail app for Wear OS 3 smartwatches and once it's released, it should be available for the E4 too.

You can install MS Outlook. I'm sure there are other apps in the market too.

There is Microsoft Outlook app for Android, install it on your phone, and it will become available on the watch. I don't know about iPhone.

Hello, a new E4 45mm Porsche edition owner here. I finally pulled a plug and added E4 45mm Porsche to my collection. Had experience with E3 several years ago, but sent it back to TAG, as that watch was "problematic" to say the least. But this is beside the point. As I am getting myself acquainted with my new E4, I noticed couple things that seem odd, so I am wondering if this is "as intended" functioning, or not.
1. Having installed wear OS 3.x (I am on 3.2), the system said that I do not need the Wear OS app on my iPhone (14 pro), and can go with just TAG app. Is this the configuration that most of other 3.x/iOS users have?
2. From my experience with E3, I remember that I can customize the complications on every watch phase from the phone, now the phone allows me only to choose the face and a color scheme, so I have to customize the complications on my phone. Is this normal?
3. Finally, at least so far, an unpleasant surprise in the TH app is that I cannot check the timeline of my battery drainage, and cannot find "the worst offenders". Is there any way to see this info?
Thank you. Cheers!

1. Starting from version 3 Wear app is not used, Google let manufacturers to create and maintain their apps.
2. It's up to companies which options to give. Samsung app allows to fully customize their watches through their app on the phone. TH doesn't have complication selection in the app, need to do on the watch.
3. There are many apps in the store that can help with this. I'm not using one myself, battery life is too good even with AOD, to worry about it.

Definitely dont need the Wear App.
It's all done through the Tag Heuer Connected App.
Customising the Face colours is done through the Tag App. Basic changed like complications and hands is still done through the watch itself.
As far as the battery status and drainage results
It's no longer available on Wear OS3 but may be available on the next E5 model. Its something they are looking to get back.

I hope you enjoy the E4. Poesche model is really nice.

Hi everyone, I have just bought my first TH -E4 sports edition, really like it, BUT, i've noticed notifications are hit and miss? I can see them coming through on my phone, the screen might show me one or two but then you have to scroll up to see them. is this normal?

Hi, I have the Connected Calibre E4, is there a way to sync my steps recorded on the watch with Google Fit? It syncs when I initiate an activity, but doesn't sync my watch steps.... thoughts? Thanks

Have you allowed Google in
Allow other Apps ?
From the Tag Heuer App.

TAG Heuer should provide them free of charge to any E4 45 owner, because it is a design/quality control flaw for these crowns to fall off after a short time of wearing the watch.

Of course, rather than paying $50 for that rubber crown every time it falls off and loses again (or having to send the watch under warranty and wait several weeks for it to be returned with the same rubber crown that will fall again shortly), it's better to fix the rubber crown with some kind of glue or silicone 🤔
This is problem I've had with my connected watch and as the rubber crown constantly falls off the watch is not fit for purpose and TAG Heuer should be refunding all rubber crowned E4 owners. I bought this watch to use the golf app but the crown just falls off. Back with Tag again to fix and will not accept as fir for purpose and will return for full refund! Not good for their brand.

Just got the SBR8A14 (green 45 stainless) few things I have noticed

Agenda seems to be a useless tile with newest software update (at least for iOS).

Calendar notifications show up in the TH app but when I select the toggle, it animates then disappears.

When adding a workout thru the TH app, I try to add a "repeat section 5x" so I complete 5rounds of my favorite kettlebell workout and it doesn't change a thing.

Seems you need the wearOS app initially but then don't need? Seems strange but I have deleted it and it is still working as it should (shrug)

Can't wait for TH to dump WearOS and bring their own proper OS fully compatible with iOS (their largest customer base...) on the E5 .

I think you may get your wish in the E5 2025.
