I don't look that often, but from what I've seen, the asking prices on the second hand market tend to follow the same order as the releases:
1 is usually the most expensive, followed by 2 & 3, then 4 & 5. All still have asking prices for thousands above retail and hasn't change that much from last year to this year.

I'm still over the moon to have gotten one direct from TAG Heuer. 😁

Because you mentioned sir @Mspeedster that this is the “Martini” Monaco that partners well with your “Gulf” Monaco, then this design just moved up the pecking order 😉

There is a picture on Chrono24 of the 50th Anniversary models, Swiss dealer statement is that it is selling a "Tag Heuer Monaco Special McQueen Limited Edition 169 pieces green olive dial Ref CAW211V.Fc6365".

I contacted dealer about it, it reiterated that it believes its post is accurate. I cannot find an image of this number. The only image posted in the sale is all 5 of the Anniversary watches. I asked it to provide an individual photo of the watch it is selling under this reference number, just moments ago. No response yet, understandably.

Any thoughts? Can anybody find an image for this reference number?

If you look just for CAW211V , then you find the first (the green one) of the Monaco 50th Anniversary. It’s just the reference for the strap (FC6365) which doesn’t match... surely a mistake. It should be CAW211V.FC6466

Some Chrono24 dealers advertise watches they don't have in stock and then try and source for you. I once "bought" a Fragment Carrera, only to be told a week or two later that they couldn't find one and I had to be refunded. You are right to ask to see pictures.

Had the same experience, one should always ask the dealer if they can actually source one!

Seller stated it fixed the listing (seems they did by search on chrono24 for proper model number). Seller also stated it has 4 of thev5 anniversary watches for sale, on hand.

I've got all kinds of stuff hanging in the garage, which would be strictly forbidden in the house by my "better half". 😉
