A friend at work, a fellow enthusiast, was offered one and purchased it. He visited the AD in Vegas and tried a few watches on. He's always been impressed with my chronographs and my enthusiasm for the brand and decided to pull the trigger. I look forward to seeing it in the metal. He states from what they showed its a well done colab. Enough so that he pulled the trigger and it will be his first Tag Heuer purchase.
Yes, IMHO this will be the first TAG x Porsche collaboration that actually feels "Porsche" like to me and better than any recent Porsche Design watch.

It's a LE (Limited Edition), but not from P.D.

Which did you get?
Rose gold or Blue?
I really like these new pieces.

Picked this up today from George Himself.
Was luck enough to be invited to an Event with him this afternoon.
Shared some great insight into his business and I now have a whole new found respect for what he does. .

Interesting, I haven't heard anything about the blue Carrera yet. Looking forward to seeing the launch!

Well, it's got blue on it.... it's mostly white (including the strap)

Both are white dials. The steel has blue accents to match the blue stripe of the original RS, the gold has similar red accents again paying tribute to the red stripe.

Imagine this on a watch.

Stainless Steel version

Rose Gold version

Blue
Very nice mate.
The one I had a play with was on Nato.
Apparently they come with Bracelet also.
Really love the carrera branding on the side of the case. Looks classy.

Just seen this online - coming later this year/early next year. Finally…a smaller version of the Bulova Lunar Pilot.

Same movement but identical dimensions to the original batch of prototypes as worn by Dave Scott, so circa 43mm. A new panda variant is coming too.

I absolutely love my Lunar Pilot so will 100% be getting one of these… @McBeardy , don’t bother with the Speedmaster - get one of these and your Monaco and you’ll be sorted 😉

I tried the longines Zulu time in blue on yesterday. Absolutely beautiful dial, really well finished and quality of materials top notch. For £2,610 it’s a lot of watch.

but, what were they thinking sticking male end links on an already long L2L watch. It’s approx 50 L2L which is a stretch for me anyway. With the male end links it’s about 53. It wore far too wide. With a leather strap this could be ok.

for those with a larger wrist span, this is definitely one to look at and consider. Very nice in all other aspects. Unfortunately no picture, but definitely a good looking watch.

It’s not a Mecaquartz, it’s actually fully quartz…but with an incredibly smooth sweep seconds chronograph. Mine was running at +0 per day for most of its life (the battery is nearly dead now, however!).

Yes, the blue one comes with the NATO and the steel bracelet.
