Correct, polar luminova swiss only 👍
Been long on my list.
Choice between t and luminova is a tough one. I always leaned towards t, especially if aged. However my watchmaker has both a t and luminova and in the metal I liked the luminova more. Perhaps you need both…
Lume that actually works is a nice bonus.
Watch arrives tomorrow but here is a photo from the seller.

On the cheaper end of the spectrum, does anybody here own a Zodiac Grandrally? Looks like it might be a fun quartz piece with some genuine Heuer history behind the design…
The Grandrally looks great in photos, but in person it's actually quite large. Case is 45mm (!) and pretty thick. I'd say it's a closer experience to a modern TAG F1, and despite the design feels absolutely nothing like a '70s Carrera unfortunately.
Have there been a few versions of this model over the years? The Zodiac website says it’s a 41mm watch
Edit - on closer inspection it looks like there are two versions of this watch. One is 41mm with weird subdial placement (not centred horizontally) and then there’s the version pictured which is 45mm. Strange.

Congrats! I was very tempted but decided to pass. From what I've seen, I think this will be a really cool watch! 👍
A friend at work, a fellow enthusiast, was offered one and purchased it. He visited the AD in Vegas and tried a few watches on. He's always been impressed with my chronographs and my enthusiasm for the brand and decided to pull the trigger. I look forward to seeing it in the metal. He states from what they showed its a well done colab. Enough so that he pulled the trigger and it will be his first Tag Heuer purchase.
