Just went to Tag Heuer Boutique today after so long of staying at home.

I am quite surprise that the carrera heritage H02 is really good looking in real life. The sales rep said it been selling like hot cakes.

I got to admit though, i thought i would be liking the new Aquaracer. Just saw it today, and it didn't stir the same enthusiasm as i had with the previous AR.

Oh yeah, i never really think of it like that. I guess if branding the dial Seiko, then it can be consider or at least arguably as knock off. 😬

This is my first seiko mods and i always have the faceless dial in mind, never other dial. So I haven't consider it from that perspective 😁

Oh well. I tried to mods gshock as well but they said the parts use for the mods might also use for counter fitted gshock. So it gets me thinking over 🤨.
It's cool. I'm not judging, just trying to understand.

Enjoy your Seiko Mod! 😀

My first seiko mods ever. Love everything about it except the bracelet 😜 but what to expect. It is even cheaper than my gshock !
Seiko mods are good fun. Huge community too. I used to have a modded 7002 with olive drab ceramic coating. Modded to look like a tactical/pilots watch.

I just remember the correct term might be "franken watch" 😜

I am just amazed recently the made so many case from Bell&Ross to AP.

Maybe that what is really pique my interest. They even have fume dial too.

Feel like the mix and match combinations is endless.

Nice mods by the way. i am super new in these things. 😀

I think it's a slow burn Otto, every time I see them I like them more.

And I agree, the Elegant Carrera is very nice - not my style, but very nice.

Aware there are a few yema fans on the site.. this is coming up soon

they are offering a kickstarter fund for it; I got my bronze diver in a similar campaign and it was a great deal

I like the look of it

Looks nice. Could be interested if it's well finished. Only thing I'm not sure about is the length of the case. 48mm is larger side, but OK, but it's more about whether it looks right and not just a bit stretched top to bottom. Will need to see more pics.

I got an email about this but without the photos. I'm a bit confused as the drawings suggest an octagonal bezel and integrated bracelet, which I thought looked interesting. From the photos it appears to be a much more '60s retro styled watch.

So apparently the integrated bracelet watch will be an additional design made available during the kickstarter campaign. I'm particularly interested in that one. 39mm, if finished like other Yema designs this could be a peach.

yes that’s an additional kickstarter. There’s the vintage wristmaster and a ‘modern’ one which is the octagonal one. I think…

Nice dial !

Yesterday I saw something similar to this being modified into Tuna. The result was amazing.

I"ve been talking about seiko mods non stop now 😁 I'll stop after this.

I've been thinking about this Cartier Solarbeat since my first experience with solar module watch has been great.

I hope someday Tag Heuer might consider solar watch as well

I am going for Seiko Baby Tuna Green Color small diameter Solar 😀

at 38.7mm it would be perfect Tuna for me...my only concern that in some website it is mentioned as "woman watch" 👎
