Utter garbage which you wont be able to get

Yes, you are quite right. Don't you think if TAG had made this people would be laughing at it?
But of course it will be called the Bubble or something and sell for 7x retail

The new straps on the Carreras look really plain and cheap... I know they are probably not able to sell aligator in all markets so it makes sense, but surely they could put some kind of texture on them so they don't look they came from ebay

Indeed. Unusual as Rolex dont usually go playful, they kind of leave that to Tudor now. Gauge the market then follow.

Wonder if these (plus the LH watches last year) show they are running out of fresh idea.

After all they have such rigid guidelines on change

For anyone interested in these new pieces, the Goldsmiths website is selling them at a few hundred £ cheaper than TAG Heuer’s rrp.

Pink Carrera looks the best to me, but why do they still not have the balls to put these out in 39-42mm!?!

Live photos of the new Glassbox, "The Mess" as I will refer to it, and the 3-hand Carreras plus two-tone Aquaracers. I have heard that the full gold Aquaracers are delayed.

The reverse panda is definitely the pick here, and I actually quite like the slight patina shade of the lume. Gives it a small pop of warm color that I think adds to the overall look. The way the dial has been designed into the glassbox is IMO a success, it gives it a very interesting sense of depth while the outer tachy track works well with the crystal distortion. I think it's cool.

The movement is now bi-directional (I had no idea the H02 was uni-directional but looking back on it that's ridiculous). It also feels quite a bit smoother in operation. I did not think to give the case a whirl but I noticed no noise.

The blue is not for me - looks great in renders but I think the vestigial running seconds really hurts the overall design here. Full subdial, or 2-register: Stop half-assing it!

Yikes to these. What a mess... kept trying to find an angle that made them look good but couldn't! I do like the orange touches on the outer track but that's about it. Way too much going on here.

36mm Carreras. Finally some life in the lower sizes.

Two-tone Aquaracers (the full gold is delayed). The fume looks nice. These don't have the COSC movements AFAIK.

Yup the pink Carrera clearly is the best TAG release of the day. Adam's photo bomb confirms this too

Tourbillon 42mm is the best looking of the new Carreras. Never thought I'd ever say anything in those lines 🙄
Love the thin bezel on that one.
I also like the orange to red circle and accents on the regular 42mm. Compared to the tourbillon the bezel looks so chunky now though.
Just noticed on Adam's pics that on the 39mm Carreras only the 6 o clock subdial hand has a little tail and not the other two.

new titanium C11 Monaco, that should debut at W & W,
I'm not sure if it's the new titanium one, but an "electric blue" C11 (1000 piece LE) is expected to released in May/June. It's a white/silver with light blue accents and a bright blue strap.

Congrats Hubert!
If an owner's list is created, it won't be by me. I'm happy with my Hodinkee Dato, I don't plan on getting the new reverse panda.
Thanks!

Congrats Hubert.

I'm also echoing what others have said about the curved tachy/chapter ring. I think it detracts from the beautiful angular Carrera case.
I agree; that is also my main criticism of these new models.

The description sounds right. My Boutique is taking pre-order deposits now, said it's supposed to be revealed this week and available in the summer. The week has only just started, so we'll see whether TAG has more things to unveil... 😗
