··TAG Heuer Forums ModeratorI'm thinking of buying a winder for my father for his birthday this year, he has a Rolex and a couple of Omegas from the 60's that he loves to wear, but, due to him being very, very inactive (he has bad legs so tends to spend most of his time just sitting reading or watching TV (or sleeping!), the watches are constantly stopping even when he wears them.
If he had a winder, would it keep a watches 'powered up' enough for a day's wear after one or two days on the winder?
Could anyone recommend an easy to use winder (he's a bit of a luddite these days) that would suit this purpose?
I’m very happy with this Boxy I bought to a German company by Amazon (there’s versions for 1, 2, or 3 watches). It can work with batteries or 220V, it has three different turns/day and directions (very easy to select), it always stops in the exact initial position, and it’s solid and well made. The price is very reasonable
