·I prefer milk or caramel chocolate (Hotel Chocolat, not that Caramac crap)... but there is a kind of snobby thing about chocolate. It's very much like watches I find, white chocolate is the quartz equivalent, milk is the mecha-quartz or high end quartz which receives grudging respect and then the higher the percentage is the more you move up through the auto, to hand wound, to tourbillon to perpetual calendar...
