Indeed. And it's amazing what a spread there is between the asking prices. Two different private sellers in the same country have asking prices nearly $6000 apart. I wonder how these guys come up with their numbers (and why some of them seem so disconnected from reality)...

Optimism (read: greed) knows no bounds with this kind of thing. Why someone would overlook an $8750 ask to go straight to $14k is beyond me, but some of these dealers think they can do it.

No proof that this is definitely the case, but it's certainly possible that sellers might post some listings at higher prices to raise the market and make their other listing look cheaper. And if it sells, bonus!

While a couple of those watches are at the expensive end, most looked to be around A$11-12k, which is only a premium of 10-15% over the original price. Hardly worth the effort to flip!

Still waiting on mine.....patience has never been my strength.

But don't get me wrong, I think it's a great looking piece. I might like it even better than the Ice King.

So service center changed the new one.

Mine is still out. They have to change the dial; it had a scratch.
