I’m sure if TAG Heuer released a glassbox Carrera this year, it would be priced the same as this one.

Luckily I live in the US and Japan and right next to a TH Boutique and have super quick quick pay.

I like it and would be buying one if the UK wasn't so cut off from the rest of the world now. It's a fantastic watch and I love it, but simply not worth paying Hodinkee/TAG's asking price + 20-25% vat and duty for it.

My UK boutique was sadly not able to source one for me.

I really like it. I have wanted a 3147n 2nd execution for awhile. I like the look of the asymmetrical dial as it is really unique. My watch funds are completely tapped out right now though so don’t think I will be chasing this one.

A main contention is the black chapter ring rather the white. I would probably like it more with a white 👍

Probably to distance itself from the Carrera Fragment? 😕

Good call. White chapter ring would have been better I think. But maybe it wouldn't have worked so well with the glass box (cue Hubert)?

I added one in my shopping basket (thought I might have a last minute impulse change of heart) but I'm not completing the order. Might be why it's showing as sold out - if lots of people have done that?

Actually you're right - if I try and pay now, it does indeed show as sold out. Ah well. Another one slips by 🙁 I couldn't really afford it anyway.
