·IMO the 39mm should not be limited to LE models only. I think the problem arises when TAG pumps out LE versions of every model almost immediately after releasing it.

These are all the 39mm glassbox Heuer Carreras that have been released so far..
Heuer Carrera Telemeter Calibre 18 (not LE)
Heuer Carrera Gold Case 3 Hand Calibre 7 (not LE)
Heuer Skipper / Skipperera x Hodinkee Calibre 18 (LE)
Heuer Carrera Blue Dreamer x Revolution Calibre 18 (LE)
Heuer Carrera x Fujiwara Fragment Calibre H02 (LE)
Heuer Carrera 160th Anniversarry Silver Calibre H02 (LE)
Heuer Carrera 160th Anniversarry Montreal Calibre H02 (LE)
All of these are “Heuer” labeled or “Re-editions” and probably the reason for them being mostly Limited Editions.
Agree. I sense people are getting very tired with the whole limited edition thing. When you look at other manufacturers, sure they go in for this sort of thing as well to some degree, but most have their vintage-inspired offerings as part of a regular and available line-up as well, with the limited editions providing something a bit different as an aside to the main offering.. A few examples that spring to mind - Tudor Black Bay 58, Hamilton Intra-matic chrono, Rado Captain Cook, Omega Speedmaster.

I suspect these vintage glassbox models dont sell good enough to become regular production. It takes quite some time for TAG just to sell the few Montreals and Ice Kings. Remember all the heritage 41mm Carreras (those discussed earlier today, one is a Jack Heuer dont remember reference) and how many ended up in the outlets. Monzas and Autavias are other examples where the community loves it but sales are bad and we see them in outlets and discounted in AD's.
If this kind of watches would be huge success business wise TAG would of course produce a lot more and make them standard offerings.
Very unscientific response, but I've never seen anything aside from an Aquaracer out in the wild on someone's wrist.

There's obviously a balance to be struck in their production numbers, though. I'm sure the Hodinkee Carrera will sell out a few minutes after launch.
I think many would agree though. Myself I have only seen Aquaracers and bigger Carreras on the wrists of non watch nerds.
Is anyone else staying up all night to see the unveiling?
I mostly see apple watches these days.
Mine are low and the only thing I expect to be surprised about is that the price will be even higher than I have already imagined it will be.
