Thoughts? A Franken Carrera / Autavia

Posted a separate thread about this one, didn’t know this thread.
Obviously borrowed. Not the Autavia finesse, don’t like the pushers. I like that it’s only 38mm and love the slim bezel. A lot of value right? Illustrates the margins the big brands are making?

Yes, it has a lot of borrowed elements of the 60s Carreras and Autavias. I would be curious to see one in the metal, to assess the quality and finish.

Oh yeah, until now I did not know I had a desire for a two tone Autavia 😁

Thanks Hubert, didn't realise we had one of these
My pleasure, this 'Pagani' is a terrible offender.

Looks like they even do the green/bronze one.... not that I would entertain one on my wrist!

My son would love that, might be a perfect birthday gift but at the same time maybe he does not need a fourth watch. Or maybe it makes sense that age equals his number of watches.

I have to admit that I purchased some watches that Ferry Porsche shamelessly copied from the genuine Heuer Pasadena design:

I know, there are some non-believers who claim the contrary. But I cannot imagine that would ever do something like that. 😉

You certainly pay for the “Made in Murica” spiel… Why get a watch from an obscure place like Bienne or Le Locle, when you get one from Detroit (Rock City) 😜
