Hi Folks, can anyone clarify the difference in size between the Series 2000 962.206 and 962.213 please ?
I am trying to replace a beloved 1988 silver/grey faced model (silver grey tag logo not red/green) recently stolen.
Is there any advice you could offer when it comes to buying this model?
Many thanks.

This is the old model code that used a numbered series. I believe the last two digits refer to the size, with 06 being the full size and 13 being the mid size.

I have a classic 2000 full size and I measured the case at 37 mm. I believe the mid size is 35 mm but I can't be sure on that.

Hope that helps a bit. Good luck!

Many thanks for the reply. I have seen one for sale online described as 410mm including the crown which I guess would be the 206 model.Would your measurement be across the watch and including the crown? Thanks again for responding.

Sorry for the late reply. 41 mm including the crown sounds right for a full sized Classic 2000. I'll have to dig out my watch and measure it to be sure, but as I said, 41 mm sounds correct.

Not sure of the size of this case, but

I'm also late on this one. I don't think its as big as 41mm- not for the older ones. I would have thought full size = 39mm, but that is going from memory

Hey guys. Just measured my Classic 2000 with my calipers. The watch is 37 mm (excl. crown) and 41 mm (with crown).

Many thanks for the responses guys. I'm pretty sure it's the midsize one (962.213) I'm after. It was definitely an older model, late 80's. I feel such a dunce for not photographing and correctly recording my old one. I want to replace like for like if I can and have spotted a few on ebay.
Very much appreciate the clarification.
