Hi Guys, sorry if this is the wrong area to post this as I’m new to the forum. I have a Quartz series 2000 ref 962.206R with a grey dial and I was wondering if I could buy an automatic series 2000 ref 669.206F and have the movements swapped over. They are both 38mm so the movement should be able to fit easily. My main worry is whether the grey coloured date wheel in the Quartz could be put into the automatic movement so that the dial would match. The automatic also has a thicker case back but this should swap over easily. I would appreciate it if anyone could confirm this would be possible or if they have previously done it.
