    Hello everyone.
I would like to buy this watch, but I have never seen it before. The seller says it is an edition dedicated to a motorcycle race, as reported on the clasp. On the back there is an incorrect reference, in fact it is written 272.006 (reference of the white version).
So is it a fake watch? Can you give me some information about it? Thank you.

The dial looks like a genuine TAG Heuer to me, although I've not seen it before. But as you point out, the reference number is for a white/silver dial version. Also, that engraving on the clasp is surely done afterwards by someone, and not at the factory, so I very much doubt it's an official endorsement.

Agree- it's not "fake", but most likely is put together by a watchmaker from genuine TAG Heuer parts...or at least had the caseback replaced some some reason.

I don't know if Alfonso Pons ever had a sponsorship deal with TAG Heuer...certainly possible
