Quartz movement remove?

HI:

I'm a newcomer. I've got an old TAG Heuer quartz movement I'm
try to remove. . But I can't find any means to access/release the stem.
Can anyone point me the the way?
The face label says" 300m-1000ft,Water Resistant, Quartz.".
On the back cover it says "S925-206K."

I'll be most grateful for any help.

"300m-1000ft and S925-206K" is NOT a TAG Heuer watch, I am afraid you have to send your question to a bunch of chinese factories, or better, throw it in the garbage...as it's a fake, and a bad one worth nothing.
