No, I'm referring to newest update of connected app on the phone adds ability to create custom Heuer 01 faces in TAG Heuer Studio. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tagheuer.wear

Drawback on the iPhone is still lack of an update of the phone app which supports it. - This got solved in the meanwhile. New version of app for iPhone adds possibility to edit Heuer 01 faces in the phone app.

Cool! I need to try this!

btw has the 45mm been DISCONTINUED or smthg? Tag rep told me that boutiques are no longer actively stocking 45mm parts, and my conversation with boutiques and jewelry stores that carry Tag seems to indicate as such - many even refusing to order IN connected straps for me. Not that i've had great luck in that regard in Canada at ANYPOINT in the past, basically everything related to the entire connected lineup has always been near impossible to find anywhere up here...but it's gotten much worse now.

No, They just told me that sent a new module
I had the same problems but like you they sent to me a new wacht head. They said that the cause was leave the wacht in the charger overnight. They advice me to not charge for more that 2 hour.

The next gen Connected should arrive by Q1 2020. The rumor is that the existing Gen 2 straps and lugs will not fit, hence they are being discontinued.

I have recently bought the original bracelet for a 25 years old -and since many years discontinued- TAG Heuer (the 6000 Senna) in my AD in Barcelona. It took just one week to arrive, and at a very reasonable price. I had no problem either to find the leather strap for another 25 years old TH: my S/el... so I don’t think TAG Heuer will stop to sell straps and accessories for the Connected Modular just because it’s now discontinued, and mostly when they sold 50.000 of these watches!

My AD also told me there will be no problem to find straps for the Connected Modular in the future, and that they can easily find straps for the 1st gen Connected, which was discontinued 2 years ago, so the problem with @TjPhysicist seems the TAG Heuer service in Canada, not the lack of these accessories from the factory

Makes perfectly sense.

I have bought the connected watch since it first came out, I only wear it few time only and last week I try to recharge it and the watch keep on turn off by itself and Tag Heuer told me that it was unable to open up and do any repair of replace battery and this is stupid, when customer buy their watch they should mention this to the customer and let the buyer to sign off before buying it not now telling you nothing much you could do or pay them $1800 for the replacement of the automated movement watch from them. Even a apple or Samsung watch will never do that, you could pay to repair. This is not a cheap connected watch, never recommend anyone for this stupid watch. Below is the reply from Tag Heuer service Dept reply to me

Mine was only draining at 5% per hour until around about 12 hours then drained massively. I would compare the experience to when I went from IOS to Android/Samsung. I was used to near perfection and then suddenly glitches, freezing, crashing after 3 months the screen faulted and then I went back to Apple. My watch froze a couple of times, screen stuck half way, slight jumping upon using, just not what I expected and as discussed i'm sure it will be fixed.
I know that this is an old post, but were you able to fix this problem? I have almost the same problem with my TAG gen 3. Thank you.

Has anyone experienced random restarts? The watch just restarts on its own. I've been having ok battery life until I switch it to Dev mode and yesterday the battery life was horrible..
Yep. My gen 3 did it several times already.

A question: as soon as a new generation of connected come on the market, is it not more possible to buy the old versione on an official tag online shop?

My watch since yesterday turn off automatically and when restarted, again the date and hour different.
Made a factory reset, update the software-apps again and the issue continues.
So furious with this watch! My apple watch and garmin never gave me this problems

That’s very strange.
Go to Sistema - Fecha y hora and make sure that you have activated Fecha y hora automáticas and Zona horaria automática.
Or try to set the time manually and then switch to automatic.
And make sure that the time is correct in your phone.

Thank you Ninja

The problem it’s that the watch automatic turn off. When I turn on, the day is always in 26-02-2020 and the hour different ( differents minutes like the phone). When connect the watch to the phone, the day and hour come back well.
While I was writing this, the watch turn off 2 times

Try to deactivate the battery saver in Ajustes - Sistema - Batería - Ahorro batería, and see what happens.
