    After the app was also updated on the watch, now it’s hardest to connect. I think watch have to be WiFi connected (in addition to Bluetooth connected with the iPhone) to work.

    I did this:
    - Switch off bluetooth on the phone
    - Close Wear OS app on the phone
    - Put “Share internet ON” on the phone by WiFi
    - Connect the watch to the phone WiFi
    - Switch on bluetooth on the phone
    - Launch Wear OS app on the phone
    - When Wear OS is connected (at this moment watch and phone are connected by Bluetooth and WiFi), then launch the TH Connected app on the phone. It worked for me. Maybe it would also work with watch connected to another WiFi net, but at this moment I have no more WiFi net available than my phone.

    New app version has this nice feature to edit the TH Studio faces in the phone and not only in the watch, as it was previously :thumbsup:

    my carrier does not enable hotspot to do that. Regardless we should not go through all that trouble to pair it. as of now for me it's useless. thanks for taking the time to break that down.

    I agree that this TH Connected app should be not so difficult to connect with the watch. On the other hand, the Wear OS app connects very quickly after it was updated to System H.

    Did you try to first connect the watch to a external WiFi net, then to the Wear OS app, and then launch the TH Connected app? It seems the watch needs internet connection to work with that app...

    New TAG Heuer Connected app on the app store. What's new says "Connection issue fixed. Please, refer to the FAQ page in the app".

    ....aaaand applying all the updates broke my Connected app lol.

    ...so I followed the instructions on the FAQ and the airplane mode trick described there corrected the problem

    Today m’y THC decided to change its GMT Time and went 1 hour back ::screwloose:: and refuses to connect again ::screwloose::::screwloose::. I will let it die and see what happens tomorrow after a full charge
    I will go back to basics : MECHANIC :)

    I don´t have watchmaker, only originals faces, discovered when changed the watchface

    I am not an expert, but it looks like a burn-in screen. How long have you had your TH model?

    It’s banal advice, but since you still have a guarantee, it is better to take it to the TH dealer.

    Hi guys,
    as I bought my THC last year, I was able to set the alarm and the timer with the assistant. Pressing button, saying "alarm at 7 am", and it was done. This feature does not work anymore, any clue ?

    The module doesn’t charge. With the other module, without problem.
