·Spent sometime revisiting Zenith, gosh these were all so nice! (and expensive... sigh)
Still not sure which is my favorite.

Didn't they have the A3817, seriously contemplating that one, even though I already have a covergirl, as I will never get the call for a Snoopy 3?

I had the chance to try on the one that was being offered at Phillips this summer. Nobody ever mentions how much thicker it is than a standard Speedmaster - it feels like a real porker. I hated it
I've thought about it a bunch lately and think that I've landed on the 3817 with ladder bracelet as my choice, even including all the LEs. The second Lupin would be my second choice but it's a distant one

They didn't have the A3817, but I like that one too!
For some reason the blue Snoopy Speedy is of little interest to me. I did stop by Omega as well, the new Speedmaster 57 was something I hadn't seen in the metal before.
I quite like the coloured ones - but like all omegas they are getting bloody pricey - the thick end of £9k!
I don't think the US has experienced the latest Omega price hike yet, but they're still expensive enough. As is TAG Heuer for that matter. So I guess we're back to Tudor again! 😗
Iconic colorscheme with the added bonus of the visually appealing sharktooth and pulsometer makes it a good choice.
I used to think the A386 style of the Chronomaster Original was my favorite, but the long upright lugs don't sit well on my wrist. Hence, I'm also leaning towards the A384/A3817 blocky style case. The Chronomaster Sport is hard to dismiss though.
I never thought that. It sat tall because the strap is garbage, but once on a bracelet it felt the same as all my other speedies. I think from memory it’s approx 0.5mm taller is it not?
I dunno what the exact dimensions are or what the strap has to do with it, but I just found it noticeably bigger-feeling.
The more I see this watch, the more I think Tudor has got a run away hit on their hands.
I'm just glad I don't need (or want) another black diver, otherwise I'd be massively frustrated by the huge wait lists that have developed since it was announced.
Agreed. They have a massive hit on their hands. Beyond an enthusiast audience, I can see the watch having huge broad appeal - fingers crossed that Tudor will actually pump these out in huge volumes eventually.
