·In a way I suppose you have to respect that a watch company can get so much excitement going for something as simple as a white dial. But I guess if you make a very boring watch in a very limited range of colours then you can do that. 😗

However, from a technical PoV, I’d agree that Omega has the sexier products - but given the prices they now quote, they’d better do…
happy to disagree, as I’d say hands down on design Omega win in every category, chronograph, diver, GADA & dress watch.

·In a way I suppose you have to respect that a watch company can get so much excitement going for something as simple as a white dial. But I guess if you make a very boring watch in a very limited range of colours then you can do that. 😗
this is a little unfair to the Speedmaster, Omega have done a good job of maintaining a heritage and modern line, while maintaining the obvious speed master DNA across both. Unlike the carrera which is only defined as ‘doesn’t have a dive bezel’ at this point.

From the draft render I've seen, it seems to pay tribute to the Carrera 1153S. But then again, I'd probably opt for the vintage original, as the prices for these are still reasonable.
