Still a Tag, and one to add to the collection for you. I tend to only collect automatics apart from the obvious connected ofcourse. I wanted the Heuer 01 , it had a short life with that name even though it was highly based on the 1887.

5 years, the original Heuer 01 was launched at Basel 2015

Note the cool red bits on the lugs that got deleted and also the TAG logo was etched onto the glass (also deleted)

Also they moved the date from 3 to 3:30 for no good reason.

So there is my grail watch, the Heuer 01 Carrera prototype. I love the watch, but the things they changed... man, it was off the charts like that!

Also, did you notice the etched logo was the old classic logo, the applied logo is the new one.

For an outlet it's really nice. The ones in the US are very humble by comparison.

We don't even have a dedicated boutique anywhere near where I live. Closest outlet is 2+ hours away, but it's pretty meager to be honest.
