The one thing I'm not so sure about is the white date wheel, having it so visible at the top of the dial really reminds me of some very ropey eBay TAG Heures........ if you know what I mean!

As I mentioned in the article, I'd like to see the Heuer 02 model with a blue leather strap...or a blue bezel with the stainless steel bracelet. Something is needed to break up the colours.

And yes, I get your point on legibility. But that will always be an issue with skeleton dial watches. And speaking of that, I did see a lot of TAG Heuer influence in this new Zenith. I do like the "solid" backing of the sub-dials..looks better than the full Skeleton approach of the Carrera in my view.

And yes, I get your point on legibility. But that will always be an issue with skeleton dial watches. And speaking of that, I did see a lot of TAG Heuer influence in this new Zenith. I do like the "solid" backing of the sub-dials..looks better than the full Skeleton approach of the Carrera in my view.

And then I saw the price.... CHF 9990
But not that bad I suppose considering it’s a 250 LE of each colour.

I agree! An in-between skeleton Carrera with this type of approach could have been great.
