I don't have anything against this guy. Just trying to make sense of why they used him for the new Monaco and not Gosling. I'm sure they spent a ton of money to get Ryan Gosling. Perhaps Gosling had a filming conflict or something. But he seems to have vanished after launching the new Carrera line last year, hasn't been seen with a new TAG since. What a waste.

Perhaps Elordi appeals to a much younger demographic than Gosling, but I doubt that teens and young twenty somethings are the target market for a $8k+ Dark Lord tribute.

They even have the audacity to use the term "Prince of Cool" with his image! Really?

Isn’t Gosling more marketed to the Carreras and the simplicity models. Much like his look & style & previous wrist wear choice.

Tommy Fleetwood is the Tag Connected Ambassador.
There's also Nick Dougherty (Sky Sports Golf presenter and ex-pro)

Not sure how many 14 year olds would be able to afford this. Or is it Mum and Dad getting it to start them off ?

I'm not being funny, but I thought she looked a bit chubby to be an athlete. And I say this as someone who is definitely the wrong side of chubby himself. Maybe yellow isn't a good colour?

She may be a thrower rather than a runner? Hearing the term Athletics makes me short of breath so what would I know.

It's a good move by TAG though. My teenage girls have been through a phase of skateboarding and they will certainly have heard of Sky Brown. And if you see some of her performances Rob, I think you'd change your mind about her being an athlete.

Fair enough, just that 43mm watch doesn't look too big on her wrist....

I remember watching her on TV during the Tokyo Olympics. Must be targeting young teens with well to do parents. Now who was it that got his first watch, an Aquaracer, at the age of 12? Yup, CEO Frederic. This must seem like something perfectly normal for all young teens to him. 🙄

I asked my 16 year old daughter last night if she had heard of her, and the answer was a resounding yes.
