I have had that happen on chronographs too. I tend to just restart it, stop it after a few seconds and then reset and all is well.

Just had the reply back for this issue. It’s a manufacturers fault and can be fixed.

Good that they acknowledge it as issues and not "normal behaviour" 👍
Yeah nice to see honesty still exists.
Told her as much and thanked her for caring about the job she does.

I’ve never paid any attention to what the hands do when I reset the chrono function, probably not even looking as I do it, I may not check my watches and continue in ignorant bliss.
