The numbers aren't as clear either.
Yes, the font is also slightly different

Wouldn't spot it without a magnifier though.
I wouldn't anyway and the lume pip looks OK 馃槙

I wouldn't send it back. Remember, they will scam another person who isn't as smart as you. Don't let them do that.
Unfortunately I had to send it back. Rang eBay to see what would happen and they told me to send it back even though I explained that it was a fake. Not sure what will happen with the seller. I imagine that it will end up for sale somewhere else unfortunately.

Do you really see no difference between these two markers? The angle of the photo is very similar, and cannot affect the length of the marker as much

I know for sure that TAGs use the services of Asian manufacturers. (I mean the manufacturer Ronda). They have production "outside" Switzerland. Therefore, it is possible that other parts may also be from "outside" Switzerland.

I've sent the watch in question back this afternoon. Have reported the seller but I couldn't justify not sending it back incase somebody else buys it.

Will be keeping an eye on the sellers listings for a while!

Haha I bet you could. Yes the serial number stands up but I am aware that means very little. I keep checking AD pictures and videos for any differences but I cannot seem to find them, hence why I'm posting here. Thanks for taking the time to reply
That's a much better bezel than normal tho...

And of course, that's why we are here. To help out the tag heuer community, big and small.

oh, and the dial lumes have differences. The 12 is bigger inside . And I think it had more rounded edges.

BUt again, the problem is, it's hard to know if tag heuer just gets sloppy sometimes. We are looking for perfection, but tag heuer isn't perfect themselves either!

Hey guys. So I just found out yeterday, that the older tag heuers, on the second hand. The smaller end. It's actually thicker than the long thin end. So real ones have that. I don't know when they stopped doing that tho. Seems like the modern ones don't have that. My dad showed me yesterday. It was like an Easter egg lol. I don't know if this information will help anyone, but I thought it was pretty awesome. Finding out something new, about something I've had in my hands for the last 20 years.

If you have a service receipt from TAG Heuer doesn't that basically authenticate the watch, even if it is actually fake?
ugh. I mean, sorta yes but sorta no? It's not Tag Heuer that said it. It was one single service tech. Remember with we had
jonnyv send in his fake watch and they said it was real? Granted, it was an older watch. But come on, the color was completely wrong. And like I said, I bet I could trick a service center into authenticating a watch that isn't real. Or all real.

I don't care what ebay says lol they don't have to know. Of course they would tell you to send it back. You have to, per the rules. But even if you didn't, they wouldn't even care. They don't care about sellers. It's their word against yours, and the buyer wins. Sometimes even if you admit to it.

I have an entire collection of watches that I took from these sellers. I think around 30? So that's 30 people they might not have screwed over with these watches. Also, It could be illegal to ship counterfeit watches across state lines, and through the USPS as well.

So, umm. As far as google images shows, that model does NOT have a bezel with white filled in numbers. Except any of the fake ones I've seen. Tho that's not difinitive.

Please post a picture with more quality, and in a more frontal angle. Similar to the other pictures where we were comparing the lower subdials

That's a real shame. He will sell it to someone else now. Reporting doesn't matter to ebay. At all.

Super or sample Fake? Lol
Super duper fake? lol.

I'm a bit busy. But if you want, I could put a fake and real movement/dial next to each other. Naked, outside the cases.

Yeah man, completely counterfeit. And it has one of the really sunken in bezel lumes that make it sooo easy to tell.
