As for the sticker, you're right, I didn't hide it very well. As for the black one, it was used and I replaced the battery on it. I was confused by the fact that identical models have movement of different colors.

are You sure? I have had this one for more than 2years
There is no specific type of movement in this model? Can it be both silver and gold? Did I understand correctly?

Are you saying the one he bought in an AD is fake?

Gold movement - black watch
Silver - Blue watch
The black one is a badly made fake, easy to spot. My fake radar is signaling slightly when I look at the blue, something just looks off but that might as well be light and blurry photo making the colour and overall impression look "off".

Does the silver movement in the blue one have “Swiss Parts” printed on it? If so, I believe that is fake, as TAG should only use “Swiss Made” movements.

Pretty sure it says Swiss parts upper left under the jewels engraving

Please correct me if I am wrong, but if the dial says "Swiss Made", then the movement needs to be consistent. I also noted the date on the blue AR is off-centred; however, this could just mean the movement needs a service?

I noted that "Garry" stated he bought the watch from an "official store" in Italy. Was this watch bought brand new from an AD? Something is off...

Gold movement - black watch
Silver - Blue watch
Wasn't he talking about the serial number off the hangtag on your blue watch? Where did he get the serial number of the black one?

I'll be honest, I honestly have no idea what I'm saying. None of this makes any sense. I didn't want to post the link cause it has the serial number. I see no signs on the blue watch tho. at least from the pics he's provided.

Silver does say swiss parts. Gold says Swiss R9. I have a real one WAY1110 with the gold and I have a fake one with the gold, and I have a fake WAY1110 with the silver. Real one does not say swiss made. Just Swiss R9. I don't think movements are the way to tell anymore. Gold appears to have more jewels and also more exposed jewels. Maybe R9 means 9 rubies? My silver says 6 Jewels. I have a CAY1110 real and fake I can check later. Not sure it's the same movement tho, as date is at the 12

Generic 5050.E Gold has 13 jewels and nickel has 6 jewels. That's the difference. So I think Tag heuer is just going the cheap route, and the fakes just get whatever they can get at a low price and in quantity. Remember, these aren't tag movements. Nickle is swiss parts and I'm not sure about the gold. I believe what qualifies is as swiss is that it's swiss assembled, while the nickle is just made with swiss parts.

So umm, is the Japan one a fake using this serial number? This is a HUGE seller and Japanese don't normally mess around. But what a weird coincidence that the same watch model and serial number sold just 13 days ago...

My watch is more than two years old and was sold by some "big Japanese dealer" 2 weeks ago. This is a truly mystical story. But something tells me that everything is much clearer. -China, Taiwan, Indonesia....if anyone can follow up?

Хммм, чи є японська підробка з цим серійним номером? Це ВЕЛИЧЕЗНИЙ продавець, і японці зазвичай не возяться. Але який дивний збіг, що та сама модель годинника та серійний номер були продані лише 13 днів тому...

And I noticed that the pip on the basel in mine is a little deeper than the one that was recently sold from Ebay

Judging from the sticker tag the Blue one looks fake.

Guys, I need the opinion of experts. A few years ago I bought a used TAG and when I was changing the battery in it, I saw a gold movement. Later I sold it. And 2 years ago, I bought the same one in an official store in (Italy), but in a different color, and when I opened it yesterday to replace the battery, I saw that the movement in it was silver. please tell me: Which one is fake?
(the first two photos are a used Tag, and the next 2 photos are a new one purchased from a dealer)
So just to be clear, you bought it from the dealer on 2021/06/25? Also, am I seeing things, or does the black watch have tape still on the bracelet? You mentioned that you bought it use, is why I'm asking.
