Now you too can get five years of Senna editions in one watch.

Funny, those Links are usually Tiger Woods fakes...
Nah, it's an emotional con. They want people to think the watch is special and or different. It makes them ignore things more. And most people can't easily think of someone else sponsored by Tag. Even right now, I can't recall anyone else that's currently or recently been sponsored by them.

So this guy sent me a follow request on Instagram... I'm quite dubious about his posts ::facepalm1::

OK guys. So someone on FB claims to have bought a new F1 for a good deal that he couldn't pass up. He didn't say where, or for how much, other than $350 is "a bit less" than what he paid (some other guy posted he saw the same watch in a pawn shop for $350, and insists it was real). Is it just me, or does this seem way too good of a deal to be true? We all know the fakes of these models look close to the real watches. Such a low price would be a big red flag for me. Or - maybe someone got a fantastic deal? It's possible! Thoughts?

That's great thanks for the opinion.
I was thrown off because when I searched the model number, I only found the WAR211A which looked very similar. But it looks to me like the only difference between the two is the dial and engravements on the back.
Personally, I do prefer the look of the WAR211A... but beggars can't be choosers

Hi -- new member here, and I hope this is the right place to post this question because I'm 100% certain my watch is authentic. In the mid-90s my father gave me his 1991 Tag Heuer 2000. The model number is 870.206. A few years later it stopped working for some reason so I put it in a safe where it sat for over 20 years. I finally took it to a reputable jeweler and had it sent back to the factory for a full restoration. It's beautiful and I could not be happier. My question is -- where is the serial number on this thing?!?!?

It may not have one or it may be worn away. If it has one / had one, it would be on the backplate.

Weird how different the two dials are of A and B models. Tho I do also prefer the look of the A more. But I like little details. Both are still nice watches

These are different generations, not variants. WAR211A is the later model.

I did the same thing - got the WV211x confused with the later WAR211x!
