Hi all

Yes it was a 'no paperwork deal' (well it had tags that match the back)! So, standard "is it real" question here for your kind help!








Physically it looks good. The fingers have the beveled tips and it all looks pretty good to me zoomed in looking all over. I can't get any conclusion trying the water drop test as my Citizen and Breitling (mineral and sapphire) seem to behave the same as does this. I keep checking for a piece of plastic film over the glass as it seems a little dull to me mind...

However I put the serial number in here https://www.was.tagheuer.com/AfterSalesService/CustomerWarranties and it comes out as a 2017 Black Aquaracer rather than a 2020 F1 chrono! Putting the serial in Google reveals no results...

The bracelet number is MK3218 - this suggests a 32mm bracelet - but the watch is 43mm? Nothing comes up on google for this serial number either really.



I can return it - but do you think it authentic/fake/paperwork glitch!? If you say 'fake' I'd appreciate a very short reason why please. MANY thanks.
