I don't think there's a lot you can do except calmly confirm to eBay that you received a non-original watch and returned the watch that was sent to you in the same condition you received it. Hopefully your messages to the seller also back this up and they will make a sensible decision, but you are somewhat at their mercy it seems. Wondering why this didn't go through the eBay authentication programme?
Price under the threshold I imagine

Probably OK. But be aware that these Aquaracers are a minefield these days with convincing looking fakes. And you may also experience problems with buyers trusting you if you ever want to sell it. The safest way is obviously to buy new from an AD and keep for ever 😀

Looks fine for a WAY201A - bezel markings, lume pip, and indices are correct.
