·Hello - Thanks in advance for helping identify whether this is an authentic Tag or not. I am pretty sure it isn't, but I'm new to the TAG watch game.
No cost to me. Came in a lot with other authentic watches. This was the only one I wasn't sure about.

·Calibre 36 is an automatic movement, and your “Monza” has a Japanese quartz movement, so it’s not authentic…

·What Albert said. Japanese movement cannot equate to "Swiss Made", and Cal 36 is the El Primero chrono movement and definitely not quartz!

·This fake looks nice, but there are many differences vs the original (below), like date window position, subdial hands, subdial numbers, crown, pushers…

Here's the product page for the CAZ2011, X in front is a red flag. It's not an INDY model either.

@Sean Buxton , this is a fake number. Proper number should start with CAZ2011, with no 'X', and a CAZ2011 is an automatic Formula 1 Calibre 16 (attached picture), but not a Indy 500 version… so wrong number again for that fake watch. If you want to post some picture here of that fake Indy 500 watch, it could be helpful for others

·Evening everyone. Hoping for some advise. Took a gamble last week and bought this from a private seller on eBay. Had been chatting for a while and back story for watch seemed legit. Got it today and all looks good to me but then I’m no expert and have stumbled across this forum and now am starting to doubt whether this is authentic. Had been in Tag Boutique to have it resized and they thought it looked great but again without being sent off I assume they can’t guarantee anything. Any ideas or alarms I should be aware of before I start to escalate this with eBay/PayPal? Many thanks in advance.

Yes this is a very bad fake, make sure to report the seller to the police

·Good evening everyone! I have been offered a Tag as a trade and while I have always wanted one, I am not familiar with the realm of quality timepieces. The seller/offerer has been very respectful and answered my questions, but I am hoping that you all can give me info on this watch.
The most important thing being legitimacy, of course. Followed by some information on the model? Best I’ve found is that it’s an Aquaracer professional 300 43? Does that sound right? Lastly, if it is appropriate to ask here, what a value would be. It has no box, nor papers. Thank you kindly for any and all information.

·I think that date glass look off. To my knowledge the crystal should be all smooth with the cyclops UNDER the crystal. Not like here it looks like a hole with glued in cyclops.

I don’t have it in hand so I can’t say, I haven’t done the deal yet. I can ask for a better photo?
