I kind of like the olive green color โ˜•

Yeah, I'm not against it, I just don't think that's what it's supposed to look like...

Aaah, this Monaco 24 Cal. 36 is just a little suspicious at this price, US$2,028.. "200MTEERS SAPPHIR CRYTAL" ๐Ÿคฆ Looks like a non-moving movement too. But then again, it is just a "CONCEPT CHRONOGRAPH"?๐Ÿ˜

Hey, I've seen glaring errors on real tag heuers too. Don't dismiss this watch so offhandedly. After all, concept watches sometimes are done quickly. You should be thanking the seller for even giving us the chance to get our hands on something that most people would never see.

I shall stay far, far away from such concept watches then. Hard to believe that even an elementary student would submit such an example for approval.

Seen these in a few colour variations, always with a thickly-painted rotor for some reason. Out of all the ham-fisted fakes out there, these C36 Monaco fakes make me want to puke.

Yeah shade of green looks way off, but that might just be his camera/photos. But yes, ebay + Aquaracer... major red flag

Itโ€™s depressing how this impacts used AR value. I have no idea how I would sell mine

Thats a good point indeed. I've reported multiple criminals on C24 this week, seems to be as many fakes as genuine ones of this Aquaracer generation.

Good thing it is your favourite daily and that you will never even try to sell it ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Hi Guys....a painful newbie here (Remember, you were warned!๐Ÿ˜€) I am thinking of buying a Tag Formula 1...but from what I have read on some of the posts on here, that can be as tricky as negotiating a minefield when you've had on too many! So, here is the description of the type of watch and a pic of the case back......."
Professional 200M, Formula 1, Tag heuer Chronograph, Tag Watch, men watch, cac1111" Now from what I can gather the "cac" is not correct for this type of watch? From what i have read on here it should be "CBJ"? Anyway here are a few pics of the watch. Appreciate any help anyone can give me as this will represent a major outlay of funds for me. Cheers, Doons

P.S. If I have posted this in the wrong place...feel free to tear a strip off me!

No issues that I can see. CAC1111-0 is correct, and it's in remarkably good condition - the bezel looks like new. Not sure how you came up with CBJ at all!

@flawless My Friend,, if it is possible to come to the wrong conclusion...rest assured i am the m an to do it! I got the CBJ from this chart......"C" for Chronograph and "BJ" for Formula 1....see, if you put your mind to it, it is so easy to go wrong! Yes the watch is in remarkably fine condition. Although this guys Sells Omega's, Rolex, etc and he has a list of repeat customers as long as your arm...so I imagine that he does his watches up to a very high standard....I myself thought that the bezel looked brand new. Anyway, if I do get it, seeing you were so helpful with the identificatin...feel free to ask me the time....anytime! Cheers (And thank you!) Doons

Ahh, that's the more modern (from 2020) model code sheet that omits the older codes. I've only seen BJ F1s as watches, not chronographs - I actually have a WBJ1318 in my window at the moment.

lol at least your watch is real, unlike what can be said for 95% of brand new posters asking about their new watch

G'day @imagwai & @flawless & @jamesbizs I got it! Yes you heard it right the first time...I got it! I mean WE got it! I say "We" for a couple of good reasons fellas......if it hadn't been for you guys helping me 'Pull the trigger" on it with your info about the watch....instead of hitting the bullseye I would have probably shot myself in the foot! ๐Ÿ˜€
And I say "WE" because, seeing you guys helped me get it, well it's only natural that you would want to kick in and help me pay for it, yes? Ok then, just so nobody feels left out, just send me $500 each in cash (No cheques or Money orders please guys!) and Bingo! It's a done deal! ๐Ÿ˜€Seriously guys, many thanks for the advice & help each of you gave me, very much appreciated indeed! Sure it isn't a Rolex, or an Omega, but I have been chasing a decent Tag Heuer for a few years now and believe me I am gonna enjoy wearing it! Thanks again, Cheers, Doons
