Hello everyone,
I just bought monaco calibre 11 through local AD and below is the box and description I received. I've seen many monaco calibre 11 boxes in brown with Heuer logo but this one is in dark blue, and the description syas calibre heuer 01 chronograph instead of calibre 11. Is the box and description I received is the correct one? or Do you think the AD put the wrong one?

There is no Monaco with the Heuer 01 movement fitted to it so the manual is incorrect.

Can you post photographs of the watch itself, front and back?

You may well have a genuine watch and the manual was mistakenly switched.

Okay so it seems like it's mistakenly switched!
I think I have the genuine watch since I looked at the warranty & serial number on the website.
Do you think the box is incorrect one as well? I've seen many in brown with Heuer logo.
Thanks!

It is possible that the AD had run out of the brown boxes and so gave you another. They should exchange the manual though as that is just wrong.

How does this one look ??
There was only 50 minutes left when I saw it yesterday and it went for £311 but has been relisted.
I couldn't see any standout fails but I'm no expert
I also could not see any standout fails.

Yes and no. Depends on the year. Tag heuer doesn't even care enough about these movements, to mention it on their website. Just listed as "quartz". I honestly couldn't tell you with 100% certainty, as I'm a little less out of the market lately. But no matter what, the watches this guy sells are fake. Period. He will be suspended soon. I used to go after these sellers all the time, but they keep popping back up, and it became too much of a time sink. I can send the account to ebay right now and they will delete him if I want.

I am still waiting for eBay to step in. I keep checking his feedback and he is still selling. I don't know how his account hasn't been suspended yet?

Hello everyone! I'm pretty new to the TAG community... and the world of watches in general.

I've recently been offered an unworn Quartz Aquaracer for $1100, and I was hoping to get some help in telling if it is authentic or not. I'll attach some pictures that I took while I was looking it over. From the general comparisons that I've been making between this and the ones on the TH website, I believe that it is real, but I'm still a bit unsure if there is anything specific that I am supposed to be looking for.

Thank you all very much!

According to the reference on the back it is a WAY1110. I can't comment on its authenticity but the price seems high if you are quoting USD.

Fake, the lume pip on the bezel is often an easy tell. Just look at photos of a genuine one and compare to the one you posted.

Agreed
The lume pip is always what I look for and this gets a thumbs down.

Looks fake to me. Other things give it away too, like the clasp engraving, bezel engraving and overall quality of the brushing. Oh, and that plastic covering on the bracelet.

I also believe it is a fake. Sorry, but i agree with the others here. Reasons stated above and the general finish on the brushed parts.

Unfortunately, your serial number doesn’t match the model number.

I had to change battery in my CAZ1015.BA0883 "Black Senna edition". I can confirm that it is equipped with the gold swiss made 5040 movement and not the silver swiss parts one.
As i said some time ago, lets check our F1's when we open them.
Lots of so called "original TH F1" on Youtube with silver movements. Would be nice if you all could check if TH also use the silver one, even though i do not think so.
