Hmmmmm, the bezel has some odd 1's, also the dial looks cheap and fake, 1/10th lettering in the wrong place, no TAG logo, looks like a modified 90's F1 chrono model with a equestrian logo, id say it's fake even though the seller has good reputation, i'd stay away from it.

I'd probably agree, although there were many special edition Formula 1s back in the day, so it's certainly possible that it's genuine.

TAG Heuer did make the F1 with the "1/10th" in this spot

That one is real, I have seen one before with the logo with the arabian text on it with the horse... Bezel has been later replaced though, and just looks very weird in the pictures, too white numbers compared to the creamy white lume on the dial I guess.

Shame the photos are so blurry...kind of makes it hard to appreciate the craftsmanship

Appears to be model of choice in Pakistan.

Elady is a big store in Japan and they carry hundreds of used watches.

I don't think they would venture into fakes.

Yeah from what I've seen they come across as reputable, but see my other comment regarding the miss match dial/bezel

Hi all,

Can you please tell me what you think of this... the seller has lost the box and booklets. Been after this model for a while in good condition and so far this is one of the best I've seen... just want to know if it's genuine or not

Looks fine to me subject to price being right.
I suspect any fakes of this era would have long since disintegrated.

Thanks for your reply asking £189 for it, just wanted to be sure considering they "lost" the box and papers. Is the price good for this?
