Does anybody own a Heuer Incabloc like the one in the photo - if so do they have any information on when it was made etc.

No, sorry, but this doesn’t look like a genuine Heuer to me

Concur with DC above and nothing about it appears to be genuine.

It's a sort of Camaro looking piece that has had Heuer branding added to the dial and movement in my opinion. This case style was never used by Heuer, but is very common on fakes I'm afraid.
