I haven't seen the movie yet, but will need to pay close attention to Ken's watches. Seems he wears several TAG Heuers & Heuers, including what's probably a vintage Heuer Carrera 1158 CHN.
According to Hodinkee, Ken wears 3 vintage Heuer Carreras. The aforementioned 1158 CHN, also the 110.515 and 2448 NT. Wonder why they decided on all vintage gold rather than any of the modern models? Seems like a missed opportunity to promote their new Carreras.

Isn't this the most 'Barbie' TAG ever made, obvious choice one would think

Yeah, he's been seen wearing that one to promote the movie. Kinda thought he'd be wearing it in the movie too.

As an aside, my wife initially didn't like this pink Carrera, but after seeing it on Gosling she suddenly likes it. 😬

My wife isn't interested in Watches at all. Bit this one she said looks good and would wear.
Amazing what a little Pink marketing can do.

I've seen the movie today (my wife bought tickets for the whole family), and it was a pretty surrealistic experience. When Ryan 'Ken' Gosling showed of the gold Heuers (which I did not expect) it just blew my mind. I was almost sure those were Heuer watches. So I came here to read about it.
Finally found proof in this article:

Funny movie. You can watch, don't have to.

That’s not the actual movie poster, though. Or is it? 👎
I guess it’s the TAG Heuer poster of the movie 😉

Drawing inspiration from the timeless Monaco watches of the early 1970s,
the TAG Heuer Monaco, is the original square-shaped icon, representing the pursuit of doing things in a unique and unconventional way. The TAG Heuer Monaco embraces the spirit of breaking boundaries and chasing dreams making it a great match for Gran Turismo: Based on a True Story, a film based on the unbelievable true story of a team of unlikely underdogs – a struggling working-class gamer (Archie Madekwe), a failed former racecar driver (David Harbour), and an idealistic motorsport executive (Orlando Bloom). The watch can be seen worn by film character “Danny Moore,” a motorsport executive.

Nigel Mansell wearing the S/el. The watch of choice for many F1 drivers in the '90s.

Ara Ara
For all my Spanish brothers out there.
But Antonio Banderas’ Monaco doesn’t have the crown on the left side, so it’s not a CAW211P… is it maybe a Calibre 12 or an Heuer 02?

Patrick Dempsey has started to promote the new Ferrari movie, which stars Adam Driver in the title role. Dempsey co-stars as Ferrari driver Piero Taruffi.

Here appropriately wearing the Carrera ref. 1158CHN aka Ferrari pilot's watch.

Also wearing the red Carrera RS2.7 here.

Will we see him wearing a Heuer in the movie?
In this shot, he seems to have a stopwatch strapped to his wrist.

Probably would've been stopwatches at that point. Was only in 1957 that Omega decided to make a specialized drivers' watch with a large external tachymeter bezel (and it took Heuer and Rolex another 5 years to offer the same); before that the realm of professional-focused wristwatches were centered mainly around divers.

Seems to be strapped in a leather pouch. Want 😀
Also pretty ballsy wearing a Porsche Carrera next to that Ferrari. The 1158 is gorgeous
