I don't know. It could be the salmon LE or it might also be the CV2110 re-edition - which can look similar to the Babel watch in certain lighting as in the pic below. I haven't watched the movie in a very long time, so I'm really not sure, but I do recall saying to myself "hey, that's a Carrera" when I first saw the film.
LDC wearing his TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre 1887 in the Academy Awards / Oscars where he finally WON BEST ACTOR in the movie “The Revenant”
Wow, that show is older than the Monaco. Never knew a Heuer was used in the earlier years. The Aristo stopwatch is the image most associated with 60 Minutes.
A little more Ford v Ferrari (2019) fun. This time it's Ken Miles' anachronistic Autavia Rindt on the wrist of Christian Bale.
Yes, Jost and Taran Killam (another lucky guy) are Monaco fans. Of course, our brand ambassador represented when he hosted.
My dear wife who loves binge watching in Netflix candidly told me seeing alot of TAG Heuer watches in this K-Drama (Korean) series. She knows how passionate I am for watches & only for TAG Heuer in particular One of South Korea’s most popular fantasy drama series is entitled “Goblin / Guardian” I saw several TH watches worn by the lead actor, an immortal “Goblin” and also the supporting actor the “Grim Reaper” which made me very happy The story revolves around the past & the present with time-travelling capabilities. Central to the story is “Time” and thus alot of TAG Heuer cameos This made my day today Goblin - TH Carrera Calibre 5 / TH Carrera Calibre 16 Grim Reaper - TH Carrera Calibre 1887 (41mm) / TH Monaco Calibre 12
Cool find! I have that watch. I've always called it the "Gerhard Berger", but now perhaps I should rename it the "Jerry Maguire".
2nd photo - that's a TagHeuer Jubilee strap on the ladies wrist... one the 'Ladies' or 'Young Sportsmen' 1000 series? (looks bigger than the tiny strap on the Ladies versions)
