The Monaco is still a very popular watch among movie props director ever since Le Mans (movie) and even up to the present. I’m thinking it is and still makes us all happy 😁 More evidence is needed 😉

·Steve McQueen, not a Monaco, I believe it's an Autavia.
The picture is from the set of Le Mans, Steve would do some of the driving himself and wore his own race suit when not in character. I'm guessing this was one of the prop watches provided by Heuer.

·This is a Siffert, I’ve seen other pictures of him wearing it on set. There’s a manifest floating around online detailing all Heuer pieces that were sent to production. It has some interesting details about T and MH bezel options on the Autavia.
