Long story short, I ruined the tense moment by yelling “wait, is this guy wearing a Viceroy?!”
😁
From now on, your wife will make you watch only movies set before 1860, to avoid these kinds of risks of ruining the best scene in the movie! 😁

Wife made me watch an obscure Anthony Hopkins movie from 1978 called “The Magic” tonight. Towards the end of the movie a character named Duke takes Hopkins’ character Corky out on a boat to confront him about his suspicions that Corky slept with his wife. Long story short, I ruined the tense moment by yelling “wait, is this guy wearing a Viceroy?!”
Pausing and rewinding a few times probably didn’t help 😉

Yep! Must've said "Hey Siri, rewind 10 seconds" in the Apple TV remote a few times too many during the scene.

What I remember is Ann Margret (and that creepy puppet). Thought this was the scene you were rewinding over & over. LOL

I was just talking to the biggest TAG Heuer AD in the area and the lady said she's seen a big surge in sales of the Monaco because of a certain Netflix show. That's what people mention when they come buy one apparently. They sold a 160th and Montreal Carrera recently and had 3 Bamford Aquaradars that sold the day they came in. The worst sellers seem to be the pilot Autavias which she reluctantly has to buy under AD terms.

Damn there goes my discount on the Calibre 11 McQueen Monaco I'd like to pick up this year. Or now should it the Walter White Monaco?

I saw a Monaco on TV the other day, some geezer that was designing billionaires basements in London IIRC.

£s price seems to good to be true. Don't know much about Montredo in fairness. Also now debating how I can buy this and not get banished by the gf!

Montredo is not a scam site but a serious dealer. They focus on a discounted offering and will not have the whole range of brands available. The assortments change all the time. I've never bought from them but they've been around for a while and I've never heard anything fishy. They have 4.7 out of 5 stars from +500 reviews on trustpilot in any case.

Transporter 3: Robert Knepper (the bad guy in the movie) is wearing a Grand Carrera.
