·The crown on my 2000 Exclusive just fell off while I was trying to adjust the time. I believe it needs tightening to the stem, anyone had this before?

Yeah, me too, I really like this watch! It was just a bit of a shock, I thought I was winding the hands round and actually it was unscrewing the crown. It goes back fine, but then you can only turn the crown one way which turns the hands backwards... doesn't make for easy setting. Although at least it's a quartz so not the end of the world. I'd still like to get it sorted though, but then the watch only cost £230 so if they're going to be silly about it then I might live with it.

Hmm.... that's confirmed exactly what I thought about holding the stem though... thanks. I expect they'll tell me it has to be sent away for 4 weeks and cost more than the watch.
I can apply a molecule of threadlock... but only if I have to.😁

·Any luck, pretty sure my AD would do that in house while I go for coffee/lunch, passed yesterday, should have gone in and asked the question.

I think I'm going to wait until it needs a battery, otherwise it will need resealing...
