Carrera Seafarer x Hodinkee strap adjustment

I just can’t figure out how to make the strap tighter, I don’t need micro adjustment, I mean way tighter.
is it something that can only be done at the dealer’s ? can anyone advise ?

If it's like other TAG Heuer rubber straps, I believe it needs to be cut to be adjusted tighter.

Since its brand new, I'd ask my AD or TAG Boutique to adjust it. That way if they screw it up, they can order you a replacement strap.

Yep, these are cut-to-size. The little holes on the sides of the strap are where the dealer will cut it to fit your wrist. I agree with M, take it into your nearest authorized dealer or TAG boutique.
