Heuer Cal 02 excessive crown winding

Hi, guys. I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue with their Calibre Heuer 02. My 3 year old (like new) Carrera Sport (black/rose gold) takes roughly 30 spins of the crown in order to even start the movement of the sub dial seconds hand. In contrast, my Calibre 11 Monaco only takes 5-8 spins. I can't imagine that this normal for the 02 movement (or is it?). Has anyone else dealt with this, and does anyone know what's causing this issue and the necessary fix?
