路Correct. I do expect for some people on the Waitlist to get the chance to order. I had to cancel one order today from someone who had already advertised the watch for sale for a +50% premium 馃檮
I assume a blasto-gram is sent to everyone on the waitlist and it's first come first serve. Gotta be FAST to snag one of these!!!

路A quick update on the e-mail that some of you may have received about the watch being back in stock- please ignore that.
I am reconfiguring the website to allow for a handful of cancelled orders to be offered to the Waiting list, and in that process, the auto e-mail was triggered.
Yes, there will be some watches available- but they will not be offered on a first come, first serve basis. They will be offered in the order of places on the waitlist, with each person getting 24 hours before the watch is offered to the next person, etc.
I don鈥檛 know how many will be available at this stage..but it鈥檚 only a few.

I like this process much better. It seems more fair and gives people a chance to react and think about such an important purchase.

No, I wouldn't have agreed to the project if TAG Heuer intended to release- fro example- materially the same watch but without the Siffert signature within a few weeks..that wouldn't be right.
You won't see a while dial/ blue highlights Autavia for the foreseeable future

路I received a message today from a friend inside TAG Heuer who has been keeping an eye on the watches as they are being made. Today, a batch had the hands getting assembled on the dial on top of the movement. As he said "...it felt so good to recognize those blue hands.." 馃榾
