I think the Zenith defy classic looks really really nice

Don't you think it looks too much like the Link?

Which itself looks too much like the Piaget Polo S that was introduced a year before it...

Was this a last minute effort after they found out nearly everyone else was unveiling a GMT as well? 馃榾

From the looks of it, I'd believe that. This watch is even dumber than the Aquaracer with the moon on the dial - and that's one of the dumbest watches I've ever seen. Seems to me that TAG is very "one step forward, nineteen steps back" these days.

Is that not PVD coated? Carbon fiber maybe? I can鈥檛 tell.

I don't think so, Bamford don't make anything that isn't PVD coated do they?

Sorry, I thought you were referring to the Autavia Abomination.

Maybe it鈥檚 just a shadow. I鈥檓 referring to this image.

Strange.
Maybe I saw something else but it didn't look black/pvd to me.

Well, I mentioned pushers so I'm not talking about that Instagram vid...

What's making me unsure is that I'm almost positive I didn't see a bezel on it as you find on the modern Monaco (that you can kinda see in the teaser) so it's possible I was shown something else.

Looking at it on the video, it definitely looks like carbon. And presumably a Calibre 11 as there are no pushers next to the crown...

Bamford collaberation?
That seems like a good guess. Bamford loves to use those blue luminescent colors.

I quite like the Autavia..but should have a TAG Heuer logo

And a different name. There is nothing Autavia about that watch

Except for the case. And bezel. And the hands.

I don't think it's any different to when we first saw time-only versions of the Carrera in the 2000s- how isn't this just a non-chronograph Autavia? Different question on whether the Autavia should be Chrono. only

I like that GTM Autavia. A chronograph would have been much better, but this could be enough to persuade me to get one, if I happen to find one in stock.
