Pusher, it's hard to tell. But I'd agree with you that the hands have been relumed. Only other thing that would slightly bother me is the chunk dent in the bezel and top right lug. But other than that, the case looks in good shape, and so does the dial. These are fantastic looking watches.

Assuming 139xxx was issued later, then that might be consistent with it having the 7734 perhaps? Don't know really and I guess it would be hard to say for sure anyway. I expect you've read SteveP's answers on this further up. That might be as definitive as it gets.
