Perhaps your wish of an Aquaracer winning WOTY might just happen!
Oh, but then you woke up. LOL 😜

I bet if we did it right now the Panda would win, but with only about 5 votes or something...

Mind you even I would vote for the Panda if it meant stopping the Seafarer of Beige.

I feel like I'm in some sort of parallel universe where Michael and Jeff are arguing for the modern skeleton looking Monaco.... 😒😒😒

No Seafarer this year. It's been delayed and will be arriving 2025.
Panda may have a chance at WOTY.
Or it may be a New Carrera that gets released later in the year that takes out the Prize.

If the WOTY scores 6/10 that would be a terrible look. Assuming the Panda score doesn't go up at Christmas of course...

The glassboxes surely are loved by many in this forum

Did somebody remember a nonsense anniversary they can connect it to?

I've got a feeling they may turn it into a heritage glassbox maybe.

Maybe they could add a rattrapante and a sapphire caseback?

This already has the Tide indicator subdial.
May be difficult to add a Rattrapante hahaha.

Pfft, Vacheron Constantin could do it.
They put 7 million complications on one pocket watch.
Admittedly it is 12" thick, but even so.
And it has a Chinese calender. Truly avant garde haute horlogerie.

Are you suggesting that Rob might have been a touch naive by any chance? 😉

What does this mean? I like the new Split-Seconds Monaco; it's not for me, but I think it's great for TAG Heuer (and for the enthusiasts who will buy it). If that means that I am arguing for it, then I'm guilty as charged.

Well, you know... the forum is pretty much divided into those who prefer Heuer (classic design, Monacos and tasteful Carreras) and those who prefer modern abrasive (possibly avant garde) design and bright colours. I could be wrong, but I would generally put you and Michael in the tasteful camp and myself very much in the modern/abrasive camp. The irony is that this Monaco is ultra modern, skeletonised, super abrasive and colourful and yet I strongly dislike it and you guys seem to like it, hence my comment.
