Was so excited to finally receive the watch.
Starting out of box, i see that crown doesn't go all the way back to position "0".
Was able to set the time and date. Watch is functional but the crown doesn't want to go back to position 0.

i hate that gap between position 0 and 1. Anyone else had the same issue or am i the only lucky one?
any suggestions?

I purchased this watch directly from Time+Tide Australia website

That Carrera is very nice, and scored high on my list, but still the Sundowner for me.
Agree me too but I wondered why there were not much reviews out there about it.

Sundowner sold out in under 24hours, so there’s no need to advertise it.

I get that it being sold out in 24 hours but a lot of people are not even aware ior heard of it. Just because it sold out, doesn't mean that it doesn't deserve to be reviewed imo.
But it was reviewed on a number of well known sites, albeit the main one being party to the collab.

Time and Tide
TAG Heuer Enthusiast Blogspot
Fratello
Wrist Enthusiast
Hodinkee
Worn and Wound
Watch Bros
Watch Pro
Monochrome Watches

There are many a Limited Edition of this number which your everyday high street customer never gets to hear about. Doesn’t mean it wasn’t reviewed or that people aren’t aware of them.

Watch reviews are primarily infomercials, their purpose is to advertise and sell watches, no point in doing that if the watch is sold. The hype train moves on to whatever the next thing is.

I have read all of those reviews myself but what I meant that I never seen reviews afterward, like 1-2 months after they bought and used them, just like normal review that people does after they are using a product after certain periods.

For a watch as nice as this, I wish there will be more reviews of it.

Ah right. You mean reviews from people who bought them. Makes more sense now.

You’re right, because I did go looking for photos of people who had perhaps switched the strap up to see what other options could be cool, but there weren’t many photos from others tbh.

I guess 250 of them, most of which probably sold in Australia and not all to people who like watch forums, means we won’t see a huge amount of discussion.

You’ll see plenty of me wearing mine on here regularly though. Very pleased with it.
