·Maybe special customers get a special box 🙄 or they only offer the LeMans box if you opt for the premium solution to buy online without any human service. But that would be strange since Adam saw the premium box in an actual good old store.

- Yes, the titanium does make it lighter.
- The sandblasted case finish is subtle. The renders made it look a lot more porous and dull. It actually has a little sparkle on it, which makes it pop. Very nice.
- The treated strap does indeed feel smooth and rubberized to the touch. It has a premium soft touch feel. Not like the Connected faux alligator straps.
- Historical checkered box bonus points, but a Heuer logo would have made it even better.
- 9/10 for me. 👍

·This is very strange! @Hubert's box says this watch is a "Limited Edition". But everything else TAG Heuer puts out on this watch calls it a "Special Edition".
Also, why is the box that @Anthony.R shared different? Is it in the wrong box? Or is it a regional thing?

One is the ‘standard’ (green) Monaco box. The other is a Le Mans limited edition box (????). The watch is actually launched in the week of the Monaco GP. Loads of VIPs at the GP spotted wearing one. Max actually gets a personal edition with the Monaco track on the caseback.

·I’m also in the camp that the modern Heuer Monaco Calibre11 39mm are better proportioned and just looks fabulous compared to the vintage. Nothing against the vintage ones, the packaging of the modern ones just awesome for me. It’s just like a classic vintage 911 vs a modern 911 debate 😉
