Yes, I agree. Some variability depending on viewing angle and lighting but gorgeous nonetheless.

Nice write up. But I don't understand why you changed the strap to not mark the original alligator. You never needed to do that before with other watches, did you?

Possibly a hedge against it not being that popular.
The blue dial is always going to sell, year after year. A green dial might be a passing fad so why risk producing more than they can sell. An LE creates FOMO and they get to jack the price up a bit.

路He also bought the Aquaracer 844 homage too. He ain't the "King" for nothing, but @Snowy is a pretty strong challenger for the throne.
Speaking of the 844. Anyone else excited to see the 844 tribute out in the wild? I think it will be awesome and cant wait to see them pop up on instagram
